SKIMS, a fast-growing brand of underwear, loungewear, and shapewear, seeks an Assistant Store Leader for the Regent Street flagship. You will partner with the Store Leader to drive store success, lead an inclusive team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and performance, while modeling SKIMS standards and leading daily operations. This role demands strong leadership, emotional intelligence, and a deep dedication to service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading teams in retail or hospitality settings.
• Strong knowledge of hiring, onboarding, and performance management practices.
• Ability to build talent pipelines through networking and outreach.
• Experience handling employee relations with discretion and empathy.
• Understanding of customer service principles and impact of people leadership.
• Knowledge of UK employment laws and regulations.

Responsabilités

• Partner with the Store Leader to drive the overall success of the Regent Street Flagship.
• Coach Supervisors, Sales Associates, and Brand Ambassadors to meet performance goals.
• Foster an inclusive, high‑performing culture with feedback and development.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, succession planning, and performance management.
• Model SKIMS standards with professionalism, integrity, and leadership.
• Lead daily business walks, team huddles, and cross‑store communications.
• Deliver luxury‑inspired service and build client relationships.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly while maintaining a positive experience.
• Champion clienteling and encourage repeat business.
• Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Support sales, profitability, and productivity goals.
• Monitor KPIs and identify growth opportunities.
• Coach teams using data to improve results.
• Drive conversion, units per transaction, AOV, and engagement.
• Execute promotions and launches with cross‑functional teams.
• Oversee opening/closing, scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and loss prevention.
• Ensure compliance with policies and UK employment law.
• Collaborate with Operations and Product to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Assist with stockroom organization, replenishment, and counts.
• Maintain operational excellence in a fast-paced flagship environment.
