Job summary

FENDI is seeking a Store Manager in Manchester to lead daily store operations, drive performance, and ensure exceptional client service in line with the brand's standards. The role focuses on team leadership, performance targets, and effective CRM activities to retain and grow VIP client relationships.

The position requires extensive managerial experience, strong selling and communication skills, and a high level of professionalism in a luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• 10 years' experience in managerial role.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred.
• Strong selling and communication skills are necessary.
• English mandatory; additional languages a plus.
• Leadership, organization and professionalism required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and achieve store performance with KPIs.
• Assist in the selling process.
• Conduct daily briefings and animate the Team Board.
• Analyse the business and implement action plans to improve results and cross-sell.
• Demonstrate sales leadership and set performance targets for team and individuals.
• Supervise store operating and stock procedures.
