Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient shop floor operations to deliver high service levels and achieve targets.
• Support management in personnel, product & merchandising functions and store processes.
• Lead weekly meetings and communicate promotions and brand standards to staff.
• Drive in-store sales and customer experience through coaching and motivation.
• Maintain consistent, fair treatment of customers and colleagues, upholding brand values.
• Develop talent pool for key positions and support succession planning.
