• To assist clients on the best products to suit their needs
• To confidently cross sell and upsell across all product offers in store
• To ensure the client is the main focus and uphold luxury service standards
• To be the role model for customer service and sales standards at all times
• To stay up to date on local events and current affairs to engage clients
• To develop good internal customer service with other Belstaff Stores and Head Office
• Professionally handling customer complaints and issues
