Job summary

Belstaff is seeking a Sales Associate to join our Leeds store and drive in-store revenue while delivering exceptional client service.

You will greet, advise and help clients, build a strong client base, and maintain stock and visual merchandising standards in line with Belstaff's luxury brand. This is a temporary position through January 2027. The role requires upselling across product ranges, collaborating with store teams, and staying informed about local events to engage customers.

• Greet, advise and help clients; provide product recommendations.
• Confidently cross-sell and upsell across store range.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and brand knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Set the sales benchmark in store and drive personal targets.
• Build and maintain a strong client base and relationships with local business community.
• Ensure stock accuracy, tagging, and visual merchandising aligned with Belstaff image.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and colleagues to ensure store profitability and safety.
