Fairmont St. Andrews is recruiting passionate Spa Therapists to join our award-winning Spa & Wellness team. Deliver personalised wellness experiences in a luxury five-star setting, working with trusted partners such as ESPA, ishga and Skin Rocks.

You will play a key role in guest journeys, support brand launches, and develop your treatment expertise through advanced training while delivering exceptional service in a world-class environment.

Formación

• Recognised professional Spa Therapist qualification (HNC/HND, Level 3, ITEC, VTCT, CIDESCO or equivalent essential)
• Passion for delivering exceptional treatment experiences and luxury guest care
• Warm, engaging communication skills with a strong service mindset
• Interest in wellness, skincare and creating memorable guest experiences
• Willingness to confidently recommend retail products, treatments and upgrades
• Immaculate personal presentation and professional grooming
• Positive, flexible and proactive approach to teamwork
• Commitment to ongoing learning, advanced training and professional development

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional spa treatment experiences in line with brand standards.
• Create warm, welcoming guest experiences with expert knowledge and attention to detail.
• Confidently recommend retail products and homecare plans to enhance results.
• Identify opportunities to elevate guest experience with upgrades.
• Build relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat visits.
• Collaborate with Spa Reception, Fitness & Wellbeing and other teams.
• Maintain high standards of treatment room presentation, hygiene and operations.
• Participate in ongoing brand education and professional development.
