Job summary

Fairmont St Andrews is seeking a Spa & Leisure Attendant to join our luxury spa team. You will help ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety across the spa and fitness facilities, from reception to treatment rooms, keeping guest comfort and satisfaction at the forefront.

You will be responsible for opening and closing shifts, maintaining rooms and equipment, and supporting all spa departments as needed.

Qualifications

• The ability to work as part of a team.
• Similar experience would be preferable.

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional and engaging service to guests of the spa including hotel guests, day spa visitors and members.
• Open and close the Spa and fitness facilities following daily setup and close down procedures.
• Clean, maintain and replenish the Spa and fitness facilities with attention to detail.
• Service and maintain changing rooms; replenish towels and robes.
• Walk around the spa and fitness facilities to ensure presentation and order align with standards.
• Assist in the operation of all spa departments as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
