Job summary

Delano London is seeking a Spa Supervisor to oversee treatment rooms and spa facilities, ensuring top-tier cleanliness, service, and guest satisfaction. You will coordinate external providers, cleaners and spa reservations, while maintaining brand standards and a luxurious guest experience.

The role emphasizes guest relations, inventory control, and collaboration with other departments to deliver a seamless wellness environment in a premium setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in a spa or wellness supervisory role.
• Experience in upscale/luxury hotel brand.
• Proficient with spa management software and basic computer apps.
• Strong guest service mindset.
• Flexible with weekend/holiday shifts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of spa treatments and products.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors and other departments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate daily with the Director of Rooms, provide activity updates and monthly reports.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of spa, equipment, and guest areas.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and engineering for repairs and cleanliness.
• Oversee changing room upkeep; ensure spa opens/closes on schedule.
• Monitor therapist performance and guest feedback.
• With the Director of Rooms, optimize spa coverage.
• Handle guest services: greet guests, assist with services and retail, resolve issues, and maintain high satisfaction.
• Oversee purchase orders and storage maintenance.
• Manage daily Book4time revenue reporting.
