Delano London is recruiting a Room Attendant to maintain exceptional guest room cleanliness and upkeep under the housekeeping management team. You will ensure a high-quality, personalized guest experience with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of experience in a guest-facing role, preferably in an upscale or lifestyle brand hotel.
• Warm, friendly, and approachable demeanor with a positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and remain detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work across departments.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and related areas to hotel standards.
• Re-sheet beds daily with fresh linen and restock supplies.
• Record serviced rooms on daily worksheets and flag rooms not serviced.
• Complete schedules, checklists, and inspection records on time.
• Ensure VIP amenities and gifts are replenished daily.
• Respond to guest inquiries and assist with special requests promptly.
• Maintain housekeeping equipment and report faults immediately.
• Handle lost and found items in line with hotel procedures.
