Job summary

Delano London is seeking a Spa Supervisor to oversee daily activities in our luxury spa, treatment rooms and facilities. Working under the Director of Rooms, you will ensure seamless guest experiences, maintain the highest cleanliness standards and support operational efficiency across the spa.

• 1–2 years of supervisory spa or wellness experience in upscale hotels.
• Proficient in spa management software and general computer apps.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities for daily operations.
• Excellent customer service with a guest-focused approach.
• Flexible with weekend/holiday shifts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to cleanliness, safety, and facility maintenance.
• Knowledge of spa treatments, products, and trends.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate daily with Director of Rooms and provide monthly activity updates and reports.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of spa, equipment, and guest areas.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and engineering for repairs and cleanliness.
• Oversee changing room upkeep; ensure spa opens/closes on schedule.
• Monitor therapist performance and guest feedback.
• With the Director of Rooms, optimize spa coverage.
• Handle guest services: greet guests, assist with services and retail, resolve issues, and maintain high satisfaction.
• Oversee purchase orders and storage maintenance.
• Manage daily Book4time revenue reporting.
