Job summary

Delano London is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to support the Executive Housekeeper and Assistant Housekeeping Manager in delivering the highest cleanliness standards across rooms, public areas and staff spaces.

You will allocate daily tasks, manage shifts, report maintenance, handle guest requests promptly and train new colleagues to maintain Delano's renowned standards of hospitality and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
• Maintain positive working relationships and promote teamwork.
• Independent work while partnering with others to deliver service excellence.
• Must be able to stand for long shifts and handle physical tasks.
• Excellent communication in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest cleanliness standards in rooms, public areas and staff facilities.
• Allocate daily tasks and inform staff of service requirements and guest requests.
• Open and close shifts and ensure smooth handover.
• Report maintenance issues and follow up.
• Handle guest requests promptly and communicate with management.
