Job summary

The Kohler Waters Spa at the Old Course Hotel in St Andrews invites applications for a Spa Receptionist. You will be the friendly first point of contact for guests and handle calls, emails and inquiries to book treatments and guide guests through our spa offerings.

As a part-time/ casual team member, you’ll learn our treatment range, support Reservations, and help ensure an exceptional guest experience in a luxury setting by providing a warm welcome and a smooth flow of information.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience – Reception / Spa Reception experience is preferred
• Good time management including treatment times; excellent attendance
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse guests
• Enthusiastic, professional, and discreet in a luxury environment
• Flexible approach to shifts, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• The first point of contact for all guests whether in person, by phone or by email
• Providing excellent customer service to all members and guests from the moment they walk through the door
• Scheduling all appointments via telephone and email
• Corresponding with Sales and Reservations Teams
• Sharing information and knowledge of all treatments, facilities and products within the Spa
• Providing an orientation for all guests visiting our Spa
