Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking an Spa Operations Manager for Kimpton Blythswood Square Hotel & Spa in Glasgow. You will lead daily spa operations, manage a multifaceted team, and drive guest satisfaction through high standards and proactive service.

You will coordinate with third-party partners, oversee pool operations and testing, and ensure compliance while delivering a memorable luxury spa experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a management role in a luxury spa.
• Qualifications in pool plant operations and pool testing.
• Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
• Passion for guest satisfaction and high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day spa operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead a team including Receptionists, Spa Attendants and Night Cleaners; manage recruitment, training and performance.
• Coordinate spa bookings with third-party partners to maximise occupancy and provide seamless guest journeys.
• Supervise pool plant operations and testing; maintain checks, records and compliance.
