As the Spa Treatment Manager, you’ll be 100% you, bringing your authentic personality to everything you do; be the ultimate host, confidently leading yourself and making creative decisions that elevate every interaction; and spark joy, using every tool available to craft meaningful and memorable experiences.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Spa Treatments Manager to lead our team of skilled therapists and ensure the delivery of exceptional, 5-star treatments in one of Glasgow’s most iconic luxury spas. In this hands‑on leadership role, you’ll be responsible for training and developing your team, conducting treatment audits, managing treatment stock, and collaborating on treatment menu innovations. You’ll play a key part in creating a culture of excellence, well‑being, and continuous improvement—ensuring that every guest leaves feeling restored, valued, and cared for.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and develop the spa therapist team
• Ensure treatments meet 5-star luxury standards through coaching and audits
• Deliver and coordinate in-house and external training
• Manage treatment product stock and supplier relationships
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and treatment availability

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years in a senior therapist or treatment management role in a luxury spa
• Recognised qualifications in beauty or complementary therapies (HND or equivalent)
• Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
• Passion for wellness, guest satisfaction, and high‑quality service delivery
