Qualifications

• Availability to work 40 to 32 hours per week across a variety of shifts.
• Experience as a Spa Receptionist or hospitality background is desirable.
• Interest in Spa and Wellness with some knowledge of the field.
• Experience using diary-based booking systems is desirable.
• Strong communication with guests and other departments daily.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests to the Spa in a 5* manner and guiding them through offerings.
• Managing bookings by phone or in person and advising on spa journey.
• Promoting and upselling treatments and products to guests.
