Job summary

Champneys invites applications for a Front of House Receptionist at one of its luxury health spa locations in the UK. You’ll be the welcoming face, handling check-ins/outs, answering enquiries and ensuring guest comfort from the first hello.

The role requires a warm, professional approach, excellent communication and strong attention to detail. Full training is provided, with gratuities and up to £12.71 per hour. Be part of a brand with a proud heritage delivering world-class wellness.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage payments accurately.
• Calm and solutions focused when handling guest feedback or challenges.
• Hospitality reception experience is desirable, but full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Delivering a warm, professional welcome and efficient check in experience.
• Managing guest check outs, payments, accounts and robe controls.
• Handling guest enquiries, resolving concerns and escalating where appropriate.
• Administering payments and end of day procedures in line with company guidelines.
• Preparing arrivals for future dates to ensure a seamless guest journey.
• Operating the switchboard and transferring calls professionally.
• Liaising with Housekeeping and other departments to support guest satisfaction.
• Supporting continuous improvement of reception performance and profitability.
• Completing administrative duties and attending training as required.
• Always working in line with Champneys’ policies, procedures and health & safety standards.
