Watches of Switzerland is seeking a meticulous Showroom Administrator to support the Showroom Manager in delivering exceptional client experiences within our luxury showroom. You will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, ensure procedures are followed, and help maintain a seamless showroom operation on the floor when required.

You will develop product knowledge across jewellery and watches, build rapport with clients, and contribute to a high-performing team committed to outstanding service

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Experience in hospitality or luxury retail is preferred.
• Ability to build rapport and long-lasting client relationships.
• Strong understanding of delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Experience working in a high-performing team.
• Excellent organisational skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Showroom Manager and ensure showroom processes and security obligations are followed.
• Maintain efficient administrative operations and support on the sales floor when required.
• Develop and continually update product knowledge and jewellery expertise.
