Job summary

Goldsmiths, part of the Watches of Switzerland Group, is seeking a part-time Showroom Administrator (20 hours per week, Monday to Friday) to keep showroom administration running smoothly while maintaining high standards of client service.

You will support the Showroom Manager, handle admin tasks, help on the sales floor when needed, and continually update product knowledge and jewellery expertise to wow clients.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience within hospitality or luxury retail.
• Ability to build rapport and long-lasting relationships with clients.
• A great understanding of what an exceptional client experience looks like.
• Experience of working within a high performing team.
• Excellent organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure showroom administration is kept in line with company procedures.
• Assist the Showroom Manager and support daily showroom operations.
• Contribute to smooth processing and adherence to administrative and security obligations.
• Help on the sales floor when required and continually update jewellery product knowledge.
