Job summary

Coach, part of the Tapestry portfolio, seeks a Sales Support Associate to deliver warm, efficient service at the cash wrap and through the sales floor. You will handle shipments, stock organization, and merchandising, ensuring a smooth store flow and exceptional customer experiences.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of luxury retail exposure, strong English skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining detailed attention to stock and POS procedures.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience (cashier/stock) preferred in luxury retail.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
• Familiar with cash register systems, basic computer skills (iPad/laptop), walkie talkie, and price sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market; support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap, and handle cash/media per policy.
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests; collaborate with team or management.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
