Qualifications

• Demonstrable success as a sales consultant within a luxury brand.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Additional languages would be beneficial.
• Demonstrable sales skills.
• Knowledge and understanding of the luxury market, customer service and fashion.
• Successfully able to handle multiple demands and competing priorities.
• Seeks opportunities to be proactive and pre-empt client needs.
• Demonstrates respect and politeness and regularly exceeds customer expectations.
• Shows innovation and initiative in setting customer care standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service reflecting Jimmy Choo image and selling ceremony.
• Build, develop and maintain your own client database for repeat visits and loyalty.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and propose solutions to store management.
• Support stock replenishment and maintain stock controls for continuity.
• Maintain VM standards and tidiness of the concession display.
• Participate in store meetings, training, and promotional events.
• Assist with back-of-house and administrative operations as required.
• Contribute ideas to improve concession performance and meet targets.
