Job summary

Jimmy Choo is seeking a Sales Supervisor to support the Store Manager in achieving targets and KPIs while ensuring the team delivers exceptional customer service in a luxury boutique.

You will train the team on product construction, materials, care and design, manage stock, oversee VM standards, and grow the client database to drive repeat visits and loyalty. Fluency in English is required and additional languages are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Visual merchandising experience in luxury retail.
• Fluent English; other languages advantageous.
• Knowledge of luxury market and customer service.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a multinational environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in achieving targets and KPIs.
• Ensure exceptional customer service aligned with brand standards.
• Train team on product construction, materials, care and design.
• Manage client database to drive repeat visits and loyalty.
• Oversee stock management and visual merchandising.
• Ensure health and safety and store procedures are followed.
