Job summary

Capri Holdings Limited's Jimmy Choo boutique in Greater London seeks a Sales Supervisor to support the Store Manager, drive targets and lead the team in delivering exceptional luxury service. You will train staff, manage stock, CRM and visual merchandising to reflect the brand.

Maintain high standards of customer care, resolve issues promptly, oversee day-to-day operations, and uphold the glamorous lifestyle image through appearance and conduct.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Visual merchandising experience in luxury retail.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in achieving targets and KPI’s; lead the team.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and exceed expectations via Selling Ceremony.
• Provide training on product construction, materials, care, and design.
• Build and maintain a client database to encourage repeat visits.
• Oversee daily boutique operations, stock, admin, and visual merchandising.
• Model luxury lifestyle image through CRM, appearance, and behavior.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.
• Support health, safety, and security in line with company policy.
• Assist with back-of-house tasks and ad-hoc duties as required.
• Develop product knowledge to enhance customer service.
• Grow your own client base and loyalty.
