Job summary

Thom Browne is seeking a customer-focused luxury retail specialist in London to uphold brand standards and deliver best-in-class service. You will engage clients, maintain product knowledge, and support daily shop presentation in line with Brand Presentation Guide standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in luxury retail, fluent Mandarin, and strong relationship-building skills. You thrive independently, are highly organized, and passionate about the Thom Browne world.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail or luxury customer service.
• Fluent Mandarin is mandatory; additional languages a plus.
• Ability to source prospective clients from your existing network.
• Strong skills in client relationship management, selling techniques and communication.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed regular monthly, seasonal, quarterly and annual sales plans.
• Provide best-in-class customer service; build strong client relationships and keep clients updated.
• Maintain exceptional product knowledge and brand awareness.
• Support daily shop presentation; ensure merchandise is filled and Brand Presentation Guide standards are upheld.
• Maintain awareness of product selections, styles, Ecommerce offerings, and inventory.
• Maintain brand expertise on product, history, events, trends, selling points, and featured products.
• Identify selling opportunities and communicate customer feedback; manage shipments/transfers timely.
• Manage back stock to keep floor stocked and stock room organized; communicate stock calls and opportunities.
