Cheval Collection Ltd. is seeking an exceptional Revenue Manager to lead the revenue management strategy for two luxury properties in Knightsbridge, developing forecasts, pricing strategies, and performance analyses.

You will oversee two Reservation Executives and collaborate with property teams and Cheval Global to position the portfolio competitively. Reporting to the General Manager with support from the Revenue team and a dotted-line to the Director of Revenue & Distribution, you will drive

Qualifications

• Hospitality revenue management experience, ideally luxury setting (hotels/apartments).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• High-level understanding of PMS, RMS, channel managers, and online distribution systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue strategy and execution, forecasting demand, and analysing performance trends.
• Develop dynamic pricing and inventory strategies aligned with commercial goals.
• Monitor and optimise availability, rates, and channel performance across all platforms (PMS, RMS, OTAs).
• Ensure rate integrity and content accuracy on online/offline distribution channels.
• Analyse pick-up, pace, booking windows, segmentation and STR data to guide tactical decision-making.
• Lead weekly business reviews with GM and key stakeholders.
