Cheval Collection Ltd. is seeking an exceptional Revenue Manager to oversee two luxury properties in Knightsbridge, driving bespoke revenue strategies and performance within the portfolio.

You will own the revenue strategy for Cheval Knightsbridge and Cheval Phoenix House, developing forecasts, optimising rates, and analysing market trends. You will lead two Reservation Executives and collaborate with global offices to ensure market positioning.

Formación

• Experience in revenue management for multiple properties.
• Strong forecasting and pricing skills for dynamic market conditions.
• Ability to lead and develop a small reservations team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead revenue strategy and execution, forecasting demand, and analysing performance trends.
• Develop dynamic pricing and inventory strategies aligned with commercial goals.
• Monitor and optimise availability, rates, and channel performance across platforms (PMS, RMS, OTAs).
• Ensure rate integrity and content accuracy on online/offline distribution channels.
• Analyse data to guide tactical decisions and lead weekly business reviews with senior stakeholders.
