Job summary

OUTSIDE THE BOX Recruitment is seeking an experienced Retail Trainer for a luxury brand with watches/jewellery focus. The role delivers global and local training on Client Experience, Onboarding, and Product Training, reporting to the HR Director and aligning with Store Leaders.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in retail training or store management, with strong English communication. Field-based with HO contract and occasional hybrid work when possible.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as Retail Trainer or Store Manager responsible for training material creation.
• Experience in luxury fashion or watches/jewellery is preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Report to the HR Director and collaborate with Store Leaders.
• Create monthly and quarterly training plans for all departments.
• Identify and deliver store-specific training needs with management.
• Field-based role with Head Office contract; one day hybrid when possible.
• Work with the People Team to facilitate additional training opportunities.
• Organise external retail training programmes.
• Track attendance and follow up on training sessions.
• Review ROI of training initiatives.
• Support enrolment and completion of brand training, including app-based learning.
• Review and update training materials and resources.
• Influence and implement new local training initiatives.
