Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient running of the shop floor to achieve high customer service, sales and profit.
• Support management in personnel, product & merchandising functions and store processes.
• Participate in weekly management and staff meetings.
• Communicate promotions clearly to staff and customers.
• Drive shop floor sales and exceed store targets through team motivation.
• Foster a positive store experience and fair treatment of customers and colleagues.
• Support training on product knowledge and store maintenance.
• Meet company standards for personal sales results and store operations.
