Job summary

Belstaff is seeking a Sales Associate to maximise store sales and build a strong client base while delivering entrepreneurial customer service. You will engage clients, advise on the best products, and maintain a high standard of service that reflects the Belstaff brand.

This in-store role involves greeting customers, cross-selling across product lines, and contributing to a team-driven environment. Temporary positions are available until January 2027.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail is helpful.
• Ability to greet, advise and help clients.
• Confidence in cross-selling and upselling across products.

Responsibilities

• Set in-store sales benchmarks and meet personal targets.
• Build a dynamic, positive team environment.
• Greet, advise and help clients with product selections.
• Cross-sell and upsell to showcase full in-store collection.
• Be knowledgeable about products, services and stock availability.
• Maintain stock, tagging, security and shop-floor standards.
• Liaise with Store Manager and Head Office on day-to-day decisions.
