Frasers in Cambridge is seeking a Sales Advisor to be the face of the brand, delivering personal styling conversations and creating shopping experiences that feel luxurious and distinct.

From day one you’ll receive a full in-store induction, ongoing training and opportunities for progression within Frasers Group. You’ll help maintain premium presentation, assist customers, and contribute to events and exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage every customer with confidence and warmth from the moment they walk in.
• Offer first-contact solutions, whether that's directing to click-and-collect or checking additional stock.
• Provide styling advice and product recommendations through active listening and strong product knowledge.
• Step in to support nearby tills or departments to keep the customer journey seamless.
• Keep visual presentation sharp and stock available through replenishment and stockroom upkeep.
• Get involved in store events and activations, and share feedback to keep us improving.
• Stay alert and compliant with store procedures to support loss prevention.
• Follow health and safety standards at all times.
• Represent Frasers to the highest standard, in service and in personal presentation.
