• Offer first-contact solutions, directing to click-and-collect or checking stock.
• Provide styling advice and product recommendations through active listening and knowledge.
• Support tills or departments to keep the customer journey seamless.
• Maintain sharp visuals and stock through replenishment and stockroom upkeep.
• Participate in store events and activations and share feedback for improvement.
• Stay compliant with store procedures to support loss prevention.
• Follow health and safety standards at all times.
• Represent Frasers to the highest standard in service and presentation.
