Job summary

Canada Goose in Birmingham is hiring a Retail Sales Associate (full-time) to provide exceptional customer service and expert product guidance within a luxury environment.

You will drive sales, build client relationships, and participate in personal shopping experiences while representing the brand's Canadian heritage and high standards. Previous luxury retail exposure is valued, and flexibility for retail hours is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years retail experience.
• Proven track record of successful sales experience.
• Experience working with luxury lifestyle brands is an asset.
• High-volume traffic experience is an asset.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and flexible to work retail hours.
• Time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and team orientated environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Word and Excel are an asset.
• Proficiency in another language is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a superior customer service journey reflective of Canadian Warmth.
• Advise customers with expert product knowledge.
• Demonstrate selling behaviours to drive conversion and units per transaction.
• Create lasting client relationships and loyalty through engagement around product launches and events.
• Engage clients by facilitating personal shopping appointments.
• Achieve or exceed personal sales goals and other KPIs.
