Job summary

Louis Vuitton, a Maison of the LVMH group, seeks an experienced HR Advisor to deliver comprehensive HR support across our UK & Ireland retail network and South Africa. You will partner with leadership, coach store teams, drive engagement, and ensure compliant HR delivery aligned with luxury standards.

You will manage employee relations, talent development, and HR metrics, while collaborating on regional projects and onboarding initiatives to sustain a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Experienced HR professional with track record as HR Advisor or Generalist, ideally in luxury retail.
• Solid knowledge of UK and Ireland employment law and employee relations practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and coaching skills with diplomatic approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance to store managers on employee relations and performance issues, compliant with laws.
• Partner with leadership to drive talent management, succession planning and local development.
• Facilitate performance reviews and identify upskilling needs with internal training teams.
• Monitor HR metrics and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Drive engagement initiatives, champion diversity and wellbeing across regions.
• Collaborate on regional HR projects and continuous process improvements.
• Support onboarding and integration for new retail hires across UK, Ireland and SA.
• Ensure HR practices comply with current employment legislation across all markets.
