Louis Vuitton is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our retail recruitment across the UK, Ireland and South Africa. You will partner with store leadership to attract exceptional client advisors and managers, shaping the talent landscape to support luxury growth.

The role focuses on strategic sourcing, assessment design, employer branding and candidate experience, with a strong emphasis on pipeline readiness, onboarding, and market insights to stay ahead in competitive luxury

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail recruitment or high-volume retail.
• Strategic thinker with innovative recruitment and talent management.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage senior talent.

Louis Vuitton is seeking a dynamic and innovative Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our retail recruitment efforts across the UK, Ireland, and South Africa. This pivotal role is responsible for shaping our future talent landscape, ensuring we attract, secure, and retain the industry's most exceptional retail professionals.

You will act as a strategic partner to our retail network, driving recruitment excellence and championing the Louis Vuitton employer brand across diverse markets.

Missions

• Strategic Sourcing & Engagement for Retail Excellence: Proactively identify, engage with, and attract top-tier retail talent, specifically focusing on Client Advisors, Experts, Team Managers, and Senior Client Advisors. This includes dedicated phone sourcing and relationship building to cultivate a robust pipeline of candidates, with a strong emphasis on securing the best retail professionals.
• Next-Generation Assessment Strategy: Design, develop, and implement cutting-edge assessment center strategies tailored for luxury retail roles, leveraging innovative recruitment methodologies to accurately identify potential and fit within Louis Vuitton's unique clienteling environment and culture.
• Employer Brand Champion: Drive Louis Vuitton's employer brand initiatives within the retail sector, ensuring our unique value proposition resonates with diverse talent pools and positions us as the employer of choice for luxury retail professionals.
• Schools Partnerships for Talent: Forge and nurture strategic partnerships with schools, colleges, and universities to build early talent pipelines specifically for retail roles, promoting Louis Vuitton as a leading career destination in luxury clienteling.
• Pipeline Development & Readiness: Develop and maintain a comprehensive talent pipeline specifically for retail positions, ensuring 100% candidate readiness for any forthcoming vacancy, minimizing time-to-hire, and maximizing talent quality for our stores.
• Seamless Onboarding Experience: Design, implement, and manage a best-in-class onboarding program for all new hires, ensuring a smooth, engaging, and effective integration into Louis Vuitton's culture and operational standards.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure an exceptional candidate journey, reflecting the luxury and prestige of the Louis Vuitton brand at every touchpoint, from initial contact to onboarding.
• Market Intelligence: Provide strategic insights into retail talent market trends, competitor activities, and innovative recruitment practices within the luxury sector.

Profil

• An experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a proven track record in luxury retail recruitment or a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
• A strategic thinker with a passion for innovation in recruitment and talent management, specifically within the retail sector.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels, particularly with high-calibre retail talent.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
• A proactive and results-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic and challenging environment, with a keen eye for identifying top retail performers.
• Experience in developing and implementing assessment strategies and employer branding initiatives, with a focus on retail attraction.
• Knowledge of the UK, Ireland, and South Africa retail talent markets is a significant advantage.
