Responsibilities

• Act as a role model, delivering outstanding brand experience
• Coach, motivate, onboard team members to maximize performance
• Support recruitment, talent development, and employee relations
• Drive sales and support monthly plans and targets
• Oversee store operations, including inventory, cash handling, and compliance
• Step in for the Store Manager as needed
