Job summary

Swarovski is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a luxury retail team in a fast-paced environment. You will model outstanding service, coach colleagues, and support recruitment and onboarding while ensuring the store meets its commercial goals.

You’ll nurture a positive culture, manage store operations, inventory, and cash handling, and stand in for the Store Manager when needed. A background in luxury fashion or cosmetics and 1–2 years of leadership helps you inspire trust and deliver

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a multicultural retail environment, in luxury fashion, cosmetics, or lifestyle brands
• Some leadership and coaching experience
• A winning personality to easily establish a trustful relationship and empower others
• Excellent customer service skills and digital proficiency
• Responsible and able to take ownership
• Curious, empathetic, and results-driven team player with a commercial mindset

Responsibilities
