Job summary

Swarovski in Reading is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a luxury retail team and deliver exceptional customer experiences while modeling brand standards daily.

You will coach and onboard staff, drive sales against monthly plans, and oversee store operations including inventory and cash handling. This role offers progression into store leadership and a generous staff discount, bonus scheme, and other benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a multicultural luxury retail environment (fashion/cosmetics/lifestyle).
• Some leadership and coaching experience.
