Job summary

Swarovski seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead a high-performing team in our luxury retail environment. You’ll deliver outstanding customer service, coach staff, and drive commercial results while upholding the brand’s exceptional standards.

You’ll recruit, develop, and onboard teammates, oversee store operations, inventory, and cash handling, and stand in for the Store Manager when needed. A passion for service and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a multicultural luxury retail environment
• Leadership and coaching experience
• Excellent customer service skills and digital proficiency
• Curious, empathetic and results-driven team player with a commercial mindset

Responsibilities

• Act as a role model, delivering outstanding customer service and brand experience
• Coach, motivate, and onboard team members to maximize performance
• Support recruitment, talent development, and employee relations
• Drive sales and support monthly plans and targets
• Oversee store operations, including inventory, cash handling, and compliance
• Step in for the Store Manager as needed
