Job summary

Belstaff is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager with daily operations, ensuring sales and profitability targets are met while upholding Belstaff's luxury service standards.

You will train and develop the team, manage VM, build client relationships, and act as store lead in manager's absence, delivering outstanding customer experience and brand presentation across all channels. This 40-hour week role demands strong leadership and a passion for premium retail.

Responsibilities

• Achieve store set sales targets on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• Monitor weekly/monthly sell-through and stock levels and adapt plans.
• Report sales patterns to Store Manager and propose actions based on trends.
• Lead training and coaching to ensure high standards of customer service.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and brand presentation in-store.
