WPS | London is seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager to join our Facilities Management team, supporting JLL across London's premier residential developments. You will oversee building services, ensure compliance, and lead high-profile stakeholders to maintain exceptional standards.

Qualifications

• Significant experience within Facilities Management or Building Services environments.
• Strong technical knowledge across M&E services.
• Experience managing high-end residential, commercial, or prestigious client portfolios.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service within demanding environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing contractors and ensuring compliance standards are met.
• Strong understanding of health, safety, and statutory regulations.
• Relevant technical qualifications in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services disciplines would be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage hard services delivery across a portfolio of luxury residential properties.
• Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance activities.
• Ensure all statutory compliance obligations are met and maintained.
• Act as the technical lead for building services, providing expert guidance and support.
• Manage specialist contractors and service partners, ensuring performance against service levels.
• Develop strong relationships with JLL, residents, and key stakeholders.
• Monitor plant and equipment performance, implementing improvements where required.
• Support budget management and cost control initiatives.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to residents.
• Produce reports, compliance records, and performance updates for client review.
