Job summary

A luxury property management company in London is seeking an experienced Concierge for their luxury residential apartments. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in luxury environments, impeccable customer service skills, and strong local knowledge. Responsibilities include greeting residents and guests, coordinating services, and assisting with travel arrangements. The position offers a unique schedule of 4 days on and 4 days off, with hours from 7pm to 7am.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ previous experience in luxury apartments or hotels.
• Must be well presented with flawless communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of London and the local area.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Be willing to go the extra mile.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet the residents & guest on arrival.
• Direct & coordinate contractors, post, deliveries, guest requests and bookings.
• Assist the residents with travel arrangements and bookings.
• Ensure that any maintenance issues are resolved and reported.
• Act as an ambassador for the brand.

I am on the lookout for a Concierge to join this Luxury Residential Apartment building in London. My client is looking for an experienced Concierge from a 5 Star background. As Concierge you will be the first point of contact for the residents, guests, and contractors so we are looking for someone with impeccable customer service skills.
