Job summary

Harrods is seeking a Private Shopping Porter to support the movement, handling and dispatch of luxury purchases from our Knightsbridge store. This back-of-house role keeps the Private Shopping service running smoothly behind the scenes.

You will work closely with the dispatch team and operations to ensure orders are prepared, packed and, where required, dispatched internationally, while maintaining safe and organised working spaces.

Qualifications

• Proactive mindset and strong work ethic required.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating stock and product movements across Private Shopping locations.
• Handling client returns efficiently and accurately.
• Packing and preparing client purchases for dispatch, including international deliveries.
• Collaborating with the dispatch team to ensure on-time shipping.
• Maintaining safe, organised work spaces and supporting movement of luxury items.
