Job summary

Harrods in Knightsbridge is seeking a Private Shopping Porter to support the movement, preparation and dispatch of luxury purchases. This back-of-house role involves coordinating stock, processing returns and packing orders for dispatch, including international deliveries.

You will thrive in a fast-paced, proactive environment, standing and moving between locations, with a focus on teamwork and reliability as part of the Private Shopping operations team.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and support a fast-paced private shopping operation.
• Strong work ethic and proactive mindset.
• Ability to stand, walk and move between locations for extended periods.
• Comfort with lifting and moving boxes up to 20kg.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate stock and product movements across Private Shopping locations.
• Process and handle client returns accurately and efficiently.
• Pack and prepare client purchases for dispatch, including international deliveries.
• Work with dispatch team to ensure orders are sent on time.
• Maintain organised, safe and efficient working spaces.
• Provide ad hoc operational support as required.
