Job summary

Harrods in Knightsbridge seeks a Transaction Assistant to join our Private Shopping team. You will process complex transactions at point of sale, assist with dispatch, packaging, and ensure accuracy of financial paperwork for audit and security.

You will need strong till knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work quickly in a luxury retail environment while delivering the exceptional service Harrods is known for.

Qualifications

• Experience processing transactions and handling financial paperwork.
• Knowledge of currencies and payment processes helps reduce errors.
• Ability to multi-task accurately in a busy luxury retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions at point of sale and complete financial paperwork for audit and security.
• Support Private Shopping team with dispatch, packaging and delivery arrangements.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues and maintain accurate records of transactions and goods on approval.
