Harrods is seeking a Private Shopping Porter at our iconic Knightsbridge store. This back-of-house role focuses on the movement, handling and dispatch of luxury purchases to support the Private Shopping service.
You will coordinate stock movements, assist with client returns, and prepare orders, including international deliveries, all while maintaining safe, organized workspaces and supporting the dispatch team to meet deadlines.
We are looking for a Private Shopping Porter to join our fast-paced Private Shopping team at our iconic Knightsbridge store. As an integral part of the operation, you will support the movement, preparation and dispatch of luxury purchases, helping to keep our Private Shopping service running seamlessly behind the scenes. With varied responsibilities, this is an excellent opportunity for someone with a proactive mindset, strong work ethic and a desire to learn and develop as part of a supportive and collaborative team.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will support the day-to-day running of our Private Shopping function, helping to ensure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly after a client purchase has been made. This is a predominantly back-of-house role, focused on the movement, handling and dispatch of luxury purchases.
This role is perfect for someone who is eager to learn, approaches new challenges with enthusiasm and initiative, and takes pride in supporting a team behind the scenes.
Previous stock experience is not essential. Instead, we're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a proactive mindset and a willingness to learn. You'll thrive in a fast-moving environment where priorities can change quickly and every day brings something different. As a hands‑on and active role, you'll spend much of your day on the move, supporting the smooth running of our Private Shopping operation.
