ACS Group is seeking an experienced housekeeper to join a large private residence in London. The role focuses on silent service, flawless home management, and maintaining the family’s privacy while supporting a small professional team.

You will handle luxury housekeeping across four floors, climate and air quality checks, wardrobe care, and evening turndown. A proven track record in UHNW environments, impeccable discretion, and strong organisational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in private UHNW households with silent service environment.
• Excellent professional housekeeping skills and knowledge of luxury materials and finishes.
• Confident use of household equipment and timers.
• Experience caring for delicate items and high-value wardrobes.
• Clear, concise communication and absolute discretion.
• Verifiable references from previous private households.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exceptional cleanliness across all four floors and luxury spaces including spa, kitchen, gym and bedrooms.
• Carry out daily and weekly cleaning schedules with care for natural materials.
• Monitor climate, humidity and air quality, and manage related devices and systems.
• Manage laundry cycles and wardrobe care, including dry cleaning coordination.
• Perform evening turndown services and room preparation.
• Record daily reports on tasks, issues and climate readings, while respecting NDA and privacy guidelines.
• Receive, inspect and log deliveries and manage storage FIFO inventories.
