ACS Group is seeking an experienced Housekeeper for a large private residence in London. The role focuses on flawless home management and strict privacy within a silent service environment.

You will work under the House Manager/Butler as part of a small professional household team, maintaining luxurious standards across living areas, spa, gym and bedrooms while coordinating with other staff and handling delicate fabrics and high-value wardrobes with discretion.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in private UHNW households.
• Excellent professional housekeeping skills and knowledge of caring for luxury materials and finishes.
• Confident use of household equipment: humidifiers, dehumidifiers, air purifiers, cleaning systems, and basic apps and timers.
• Experience caring for delicate items and high-value wardrobes.
• Clear, concise communication.
• Excellent time management, accuracy and organisation.
• Absolute discretion and respect for confidentiality.
• Verifiable references from previous private households.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exceptional cleanliness across all living spaces including formal reception rooms, spa, kitchen and bedrooms.
• Conduct deep cleans and seasonal maintenance, including specialised care of luxury surfaces.
• Monitor climate/air quality and operate humidifiers, air purifiers, and related systems.
• Oversee laundry cycle and wardrobe care, dry cleaning coordination.
• Prepare rooms for evening turndown and ensure tidy living areas.
• log daily task reports and coordinate with other household staff.
• Receive and log deliveries, arrange returns and track shipments.
• Manage storage areas, conduct weekly/monthly inventories and restock.
