Job summary

ACS Group seeks an experienced Housekeeper for a large private residence in London. The role focuses on silent service, flawless home management, and privacy, reporting to the House Manager/Butler as part of a small professional household team.

Responsibilities include luxury housekeeping, climate oversight, wardrobe care, evening turndown, deliveries, storage, and strict confidentiality. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in private UHNW households and strong discipline.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in private UHNW households.
• Excellent professional housekeeping skills and knowledge of luxury materials and finishes.
• Confident use of household equipment (humidifiers, dehumidifiers, air purifiers, cleaning systems, and timers).
• Experience caring for delicate items and high-value wardrobes.
• Clear, concise communication and absolute discretion.
• Verifiable references from previous private households.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exceptional cleanliness across all four floors and all rooms, including spa and gym areas.
• Carry out daily and weekly cleaning schedules with care for luxury surfaces.
• Conduct deep cleans when the family is away, including linen inventory and labelling.
• Monitor climate, air quality, and lighting to maintain a comfortable home environment.
• Oversee laundry, delicate fabrics, and coordination of dry cleaning.
• Perform evening turndown service and ensure bedrooms and bathrooms are pristine.
• Log daily tasks and climate readings, and maintain confidentiality and privacy.
