ACS Group in London is seeking an experienced housekeeper for a large private residence. The role focuses on flawless home management, privacy, and discreet service, with duties spanning luxury cleaning, laundry, wardrobe care, and climate control.

You will work within a small professional household and report to the House Manager. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in private UHNW settings, excellent discretion, strong organisational skills, and verifiable references.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in private UHNW households.
• Silent service environment experience.
• Care for luxury materials and finishes.
• Excellent time management and organisation.
• Absolute discretion and confidentiality.
• Verifiable references from private households.

Responsabilités

• Maintain exceptional cleanliness across all rooms and luxury spaces.
• Follow daily/weekly cleaning schedules with sensitivity to privacy.
• Monitor climate and air quality and operate home tech.
• Manage laundry and wardrobe care including delicate fabrics.
• Provide evening turndown and presentation for rooms.
• Receive deliveries, log items, and coordinate returns.
• Maintain storage with FIFO and inventory checks.
• Report tasks and climate readings to House Manager.
