Job summary

ACS-Group-Gmbh-1 seeks an experienced Housekeeper for a large private residence in London. The role focuses on flawless home management, comfort and privacy in a silent service environment alongside a small professional household team.

Responsibilities include luxury housekeeping across four floors, climate control, wardrobe care, laundry, turndown service, and strict confidentiality. In-person work location with a discreet, high-standard team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in private UHNW households.
• Experience in a silent service environment.
• Excellent time management, accuracy and organisation.
• Absolute discretion and respect for confidentiality.
• Verifiable references from previous private households.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exceptional cleanliness across all areas, including four floors, spa, kitchen, gym and family spaces.
• Carry out daily and weekly cleaning schedules with care for luxury surfaces and materials.
• Perform deep cleans during absences, including linen inventory and storage labelling.
• Monitor climate, humidity, air quality and lighting; manage sensors where available.
• Coordinate with other household staff; maintain NDA and privacy protocols.
• Receive, inspect and log deliveries; arrange returns and track shipments.
• Keep storage areas immaculate and perform weekly/monthly linen/consumables inventories.
