Job summary

Bicester Village, part of The Bicester Collection, is seeking a Private Clients Programme Manager to lead exclusive events and programming for our private clients. Based in Bicester Village, this office-based role combines luxury hospitality, strategic partnerships and data-driven decision making.

You will design calendars of fashion, beauty, culture and hospitality, manage budgets, secure partnerships and engage HNW/UHNW audiences, occasionally working on Saturdays and evenings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing high-end events or private client programmes.
• Strong budgeting, ROI evaluation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple events and partnerships simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver a calendar of luxury events from concept to execution.
• Design programming that builds membership and engagement while delivering commercial results.
• Manage budgets, negotiate partnerships and analyse data to raise the bar on luxury.
• Represent the brand at events and with partners, including occasional evenings and Saturdays.
